Alchis Limited has been operating in the property market for ten years as a developer and contractor.

We no longer run a contracting division, preferring to carry out works on our own projects.

All work on property is carried out to the very highest standards and passed by Local Authority Building Control, where applicable. Some specialist works have to be carried out by authorized contractor, such as works to gas appliances and installations and these are carried out by properly qualified contractors who have been vetted by the Company.

Properties, when finished are either sold or let to families to enjoy. The refurbished property will have the facilities of new build homes with the benefit of the larger gardens and, in many cases, better room sizes.

The importance of energy conservation is recognized in the design of the refurbishment to ensure that the final outcome is as energy efficient as can reasonably be achieved.
